As healthcare professionals, our ultimate goal to provide life saving educational courses to as many people as we can. We know that emergency responder personnel are valuable, but we also realize that in a true emergency, every second matters. The immediate care provided by the general public and everyday citizens in life threatening situations can make all the difference.

Jennifer has been a registered nurse in various fields of nursing for 27 years, and has spent a majority of that time in the pediatric healthcare field. Jennifer graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In addition to her nursing degree, Jennifer also holds a certification as a paralegal, and is a licensed real estate broker. Additionally, Jennifer volunteers with a local fire department.

Scott has been a paramedic for over 12 years, and has worked in urban, suburban, rural areas of EMS. Scott holds a Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Medical Care, a Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Management, and is certified as a level 1 EMS instructor. Scott also volunteers with a local fire department.
